Background information

In our training to become a state-certified technician, among other things we learn how to manage, document and implement a technical projekt. At Berufsbildende Schule 1 Mainz this has been carried out for years on small systems according to industrial standards.

Our facility "Build to Order"

Projekt 1 Raum W15

The facility, called "Build to Order" fully automatically produces model cars according to customer requirements. You can order the vehicles in three different colors and wheels in two different colors. The decentralized system handles and assembles the vehicles, as ordered, from the magazine to customer handover, without human intervention.

Storage of the data in a database in a cloud
Integration of a PLCnext PLC from Phoenix Contact for data communication between the database and the existing control technology
